Shipping Policy

LUMINA RITUAL ships across India. We deliver to most PIN codes through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will tell you at checkout, and you can reach out to our support team for alternatives.

We do not currently ship outside India.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Metro cities are usually at the faster end of that range; remote and rural PIN codes can take longer. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are our best guess, not a guarantee.

Dispatch and delivery can be slower during sales, public holidays, and periods of bad weather or courier disruption.

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies and is displayed before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may carry a small additional handling fee, which is always shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp to the number on the order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch.

If your tracking has not moved in more than 48 hours, reach out to our support team and we will chase the courier for you.

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable — most failed deliveries happen because the courier could not reach the customer.

If all attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders we will refund you once it reaches us, minus any shipping already incurred.

If the delivery address is wrong or incomplete, reach out to our support team as soon as possible. We can usually correct it before dispatch, but once a parcel is with the courier we may not be able to change it.
