These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with Xmount . Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Actual colour and finish can vary slightly between screens and batches — a small variation is not a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, and we may change prices at any time before you place an order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or listing error, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your full payment credentials.

For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.

Delivery timelines, return eligibility and refund handling are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Please do not misuse this store — including attempting to interfere with it, access it without authorisation, scrape it, or place fraudulent or abusive orders. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

All content on this store — including the Xmount name, logo, product photography, and copy — belongs to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
