Your first size exchange is free — we pick up the old size and deliver the new one at no cost, within 7 days of delivery on unworn items with tags intact. Bras and shapewear can also be returned for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, panties and period underwear cannot be returned once the pack is opened.
